1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. NUMR8LOGY LLC, doing business as NUMR8LOGY ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing the site, using the numerology calculator, subscribing to emails, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms and are incorporated by reference. Read them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or that you have permission to use it.

The site is intended for use in the United States. We make no claim that the content is appropriate or available elsewhere.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

All products are made to order and subject to availability of materials. We may change products, designs, and prices at any time without notice. A price change never affects an order already placed and paid for.

We try hard to show colors accurately, but screens vary and no photograph reproduces a cream print on black fabric perfectly. Slight variation between the product image and the garment you receive is normal and is not a defect.

Because each item is printed individually, minor variation in print placement, roughly within a half inch, is inherent to the process and is not a defect. Anything beyond that is, and is covered by the returns policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors even after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund, promptly.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we accept the order and begin production. Payment is processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information, and to promptly update it. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required.

5. The numerology calculator

The calculator on this site computes a Life Path number and related figures from a name and a date of birth using standard Pythagorean numerology. It exists to help you find the number you want to wear.

The calculator collects a full birth name and a complete date of birth. Exactly what happens to that data, where it lives, and how to erase it is set out in detail in the Privacy Policy. Please read that section specifically. Using the calculator is entirely optional and you can shop the whole site without it.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. NUMR8LOGY LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress law. That specifically includes:

• •The numerology designs. The numeral artwork, life path archetype names and their pairings with numbers, the layout and typography of each garment graphic, and the overall cream-on-black visual system are our original creative work.
• •The calculator and its written readings. The interpretive copy for each life path number, the archetype descriptions, and the presentation of results are original expression owned by us, not generic public-domain numerology.
• •The NUMR8LOGY name, wordmark, and logo, along with the tagline and any related marks.
• •Site content: photography, page copy, page structure, and code.

The underlying arithmetic of Pythagorean numerology is ancient and belongs to no one. Our particular expression of it does not.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from our designs or copy, and you may not use our designs on garments or merchandise of any kind, without written permission. Automated scraping of our reading text or product data is prohibited.

Think we have infringed something of yours? Send a written notice with the details to mo@numr8logy.com and we will investigate promptly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
• •Submit false information, use another person's payment method, or place fraudulent orders.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• •Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the site's operation.
• •Scrape, harvest, mine, or bulk-download content, including our reading text, except as a well-behaved search engine crawler.
• •Resell our products commercially without written authorization.
• •Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against our staff or other customers.
• •Reverse-engineer or copy the calculator's interpretive content for a competing service.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation, without notice.

8. Your content and feedback

If you send us a review, a photo, a testimonial, or tag us publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing purposes, with attribution to your handle where it applies. You represent that the content is yours to license and does not infringe anyone's rights. Ask us to stop using it and we will.

Suggestions and feedback you send us are non-confidential, and we may use them without obligation or compensation.

9. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third parties including Square for payments, shipping carriers, and email delivery. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or for sites we link to.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the numerology content is accurate, complete, or reliable.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, and this disclaimer does not affect the guarantees we make in the returns policy about defective goods.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. NUMR8LOGY LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, arising from your use of the site, the calculator, or our products, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not purchased anything.

Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. NUMR8LOGY LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Dispute resolution

Talk to us first. Before filing anything, email mo@numr8logy.com with a description of the problem and what you want. We commit to responding within 10 business days and to negotiating in good faith for 30 days. Most disputes end here.

If that fails. Any claim not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Small claims carve-out. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent that limit is enforceable in your state.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version always lives at this URL with a last updated date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the site, and by email to subscribers, at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your order is always governed by the version of these terms in effect on the day you placed it. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the new version.

16. General

• •Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is narrowed to the minimum extent necessary.
• •No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• •Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• •Entire agreement. These terms plus the policies incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
• •Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control.
