Find your Life Path
Numerology reduces a birth date and a first name to a small set of numbers, then reads them as a description of temperament and timing. It is a lens, not a forecast. Used honestly, it is a decent one.
The method
How a Life Path number is worked out
A Life Path number comes from a birth date. Add every digit of the month, day and year together, then keep adding the digits of the result until one digit is left. The three master numbers, 11, 22 and 33, are the exception: they stop where they are rather than reducing. It is the number numerology treats as the main one.
How the birthdate 03/17/1999 reduces to Life Path 3.
- Add every digit of the date, 0 plus 3 plus 1 plus 7 plus 1 plus 9 plus 9 plus 9. That gives 39.
- 3 plus 9 is 12.
- 1 plus 2 is 3.
Life Path 3.
